Japanese Proverbs 1 app for iPhone and iPad

Every country has a collection of sayings and proverbs which embody their life experiences and moral values. Studying proverbs is like taking a shortcut which enables us to approach the innermost part of a culture to learn the colloquial expressions of that language.

We built this educational application with the purpose of helping Japanese language learners acquire basic knowledge of colloquial Japanese expressions while they are learning Japanese proverbs. The application covers 200 of the most common and useful Japanese proverbs, most of which are literally translated into Chinese and English. Some of these proverbs are even attached by Chinese and English equivalents that have similar meanings.
